2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 WORKSHOPS AND WOMEN'S CIRCLES
Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Events sell out. For this reason, we greatly appreciate if your inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled event. You may cancel by emailing us at martina@moonwise.com.au
The following cancellation options are available:
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the event: full refund or credit for future event.
Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the event: 50% refund.
Cancellation later than 14 days prior to the event: no refund.
Moonwise reserves the right to cancel and refund any purchase or refuse entry to an event at our discretion.
In unforeseen circumstances such as accident or illness, Moonwise may need to change the appointed facilitator of any event without notice.
In cases where Moonwise has cancelled the event, the client will be refunded or credited commensurate with the whole or partial portion of the event that was cancelled.
3. PHYSICAL CONDITION/MEDICAL ADVICE
3.1 It is up to you to let us know if you have any medical or physical condition which might prevent or affect your use of our facilities or services. You acknowledge that we have not given you medical advice and cannot in the future give you medical advice in respect of your condition and your ability to use the facilities or services. You should check with your doctor before participating in our services if you have any doubts or concerns in that regard.

4.1 You agree and understand that any images taken during your attendance with Moonwise may be used for promotional purposes.
